Pulp Molding
Pulp molding is a packaging material which is manufactured from recyclable paperboard and newspaper. Molded pulp is also known as molded fiber. Pulp molding is preferably be used as protective packaging for the safer transportation of food materials and sometimes these are used in protective packaging for beverages too. The main reason of the increase in usage of pulp moldings are these are less expensive in comparison with other materials and also these provide more safety to the products transported.
Different types of molded pulps are manufactured using different processes are discussed here. Thick-wall these products usually have wall thicknesses of 3/16" to 1/2" and are used primarily for support packaging applications. The surfaces are very rough on one side and moderately smooth on the opposite side. The packaging of this type is useful in packing of heavy item packaging, auto replacement parts, molded pulp pallet trays etc. Transfer molded products are usually thin walled, 1/16" to 3/16", and are the most prevalent type in use today. The fibrous slurries are frequently made up of a high percentage or entirely of recycled newspaper, which produces a relatively smooth surface on one side and a fairly smooth surface on the opposite side with good accuracy and finishing. Typical uses of transfer molded products are for packaging electronic equipment, cellular phones and other household and hardware items.
Thermoformed Fiber, this newest form of molded pulp is the highest quality of thin walled products available today. The process uses "Cure-In-The-Mold" technology which produces strong, well defined smooth surfaced molded pulp products. After being formed, the product is captured in heated forming molds which presses and densifies the molded products. They are accurately formed and have the appearance of plastic material. Processed molded pulp, this type of molded pulp product is that which has undergone some kind of secondary processing which is generally different than or in addition to, the basic production procedure. This could apply to any of the first three types. Secondary processing could be coating, printing, hot-pressing, die-cutting, trimming or manufactured using colors or special slurry additives.

Key copying without going to a hardware store?
I am trying to copy several keys, but I don't have time to take them to a hardware store or any place such as that to have them copied. Isn't there a way where you press a key into a clay mold or something, and then you can take the mold to get a key made? If so, where could I get these clay molds.
I'm taking about the whole spy thing they do in movies... So you're basically saying that it can be done, but very roughly (so it probably won't work)?
what you're talking about is making a copy of the key without having the key. You would first press the key into clay, or something that will hold the mold. After you have the mold you would have to pour the mold with molten lead, metal or anything strong enough to make a key that won't break of in the lock or make the key from this. This is not an easy process and there is no "spy" kit or anything to buy for this. Taking a key to the hardware store really is the fastest way to make a copy and buy the way they sometimes won't make copies of anything but the master key and probably won't make the key from something you made yourself in the basement. It sounds to me like you're trying to get a copy of a key that you don't own anyway, you'll have to get the key and bring it to the hardware store, it takes 5 minutes.
