Attitude problem can be solved or worst in the Hospitality Industry

In many situation, often you meet a very classic problem about ATTITUDE of your team member within the hospitality industry. They will run together with you and you will also find one or two among them doesn't following. Never focus on them and you will see very clear 2 option left whether they will leave the team or they will influenced to your way.

Any catering career suggestions?

I am about to start a level 3 hospitality and catering course at college which focuses on hotel management and head chefs etc... But i'm stuck on what career to do! I did consider being a catering officer in the RAF because my dad was in the RAF but i'm unsure on whether my heart is truly into it. I still have 2 years left to make a decision. Please help!!

You could try things like sous chef, head chef, prepare person, or you could open up your own business and cater people's parties.
